You cannot reorder sheet metal features to go below flat pattern1 in the featuremanager design tree.

Edge flange see figure 3 can be used to add an attached wall to any sheet metal body. To flatten the entire part if the flat pattern1 feature is present unsuppress flat pattern1 or click flatten on the sheet metal toolbar. To hide the bend lines expand flat pattern1 right click bend lines and select hide. To flatten a body do one. This same tool can be used to make a flat piece of sheet metal that one would use to add edge flanges and other useful sheet metal features. The bend lines are shown by default when you unsuppress flat pattern1.

In the cut list right click the body and click flatten. Options in basic sheet metal base flange tab.
