Zero power output no power low voltage issue.
Solar panel no amps.
Measure the solar panel controller output voltage try to get maximum voltage by angling the panels.
There are two failure modes which the solar system may be experience.
You can change the setting later if required.
To measure short circuit current amps i sc.
Hopefully it is less than the solar panel controller output voltage.
These two conditions which may require troubleshooting are.
Measure the battery voltage.
If this doesn t work try doing this again but only this time first reconnect the panel then the battery.
Ensure that the multimeter is set at 10a at least to start with.
Disconnect the solar panel completely from the battery and regulator.
As mentioned above most of the problems are caused by the inverter and charge controller.
Solar panel produces volts but no amps.
Two common problems that require troubleshooting.
It may be that you can never get more than 12 13v.
Try disconnecting both the panel from the regulator and the regulator from the battery then reconnect them battery to regulator first then panel to regulator.
It sounds like you have wired the new panels backwards to the rest of the array.
Angle the solar panel towards the sun.
